That is our own booking site (handled by InnPoints). Note!!! Please double check all details carefully. Please cancel and modify at same site as you book reservation. Review your confirmation and retain copies of cancelations, changes, and reservations. We are not responsible for Guest errors. We suggest printing a copy of your confirmation to verify details. We do NOT overbook intentionally as some Inns do. We DO hold your guaranteed reservation room until 11 AM checkout the next day. That means, guaranteed direct reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled arrival are charged 1 night plus tax. Note: Wherever you make your reservation, if you plan to arrive after 10 PM, please call us for late check in information. Thank you so much! If YOU choose an extended stay special discount rate and then stay for fewer nights than YOU agreed to, we correct (raise) the rate! 2. Call our toll free reservation number for the most up-to-date information on availability and price and to make your reservation. Direct bookings are always the most reasonably priced due to the many charges (15% to 25% or more) involved with other reservation systems. Office hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM Mountain Time - year round. If we're on the phone or after hours, please leave your name and number, we'll call back ASAP. Reserve direct, it's the most error free reservation. Most internet web sites (such as Orbitz, Travelocity, Priceline, Hotwire, Expedia, and others) claim to be reasonably priced but they all charge you an extra $15 to $25 or more per night from what they pay us and the number of errors is appalling - wrong rate, wrong number of Guests, billing errors & problems, etc.. Some even charge for changes and cancelations! Specials, extended stay specials, special packages, and last minute deals are best done direct. You always save money direct! If you think you've been quoted a better rate, print it out, forward or fax it to us, we'll try like crazy to meet or beat it! Don't forget, when you reserve direct, you can always call to change direct reservation details when you are on the road! When you reserve elsewhere, do you always have internet access to change your reservation on the road? Do those other online systems even have a way to talk to them?

3. Call our regular number: 575-785-4293 for the same service as above. Far better than the 3rd party online computer systems. When you call us, it's only a step or two to a human, a real voice, people! We even provide pretty good tour guide like service.
4. If you choose, you may book online at various other travel sites (expedia, travelocity, etc.) or via your travel agent. Those systems cost us from 15 to 25% or more; hence, those rates may be higher than our web site, calling us direct, or e-mailing us and reserving directly. Note, please change or cancel via same site as you made reservation. Those outside sites do NOT allow us to cancel or change reservations you make. Those internet sites may be very difficult for you to change once on the road. Those internet sites often make errors on quotes, rates, numbers of Guests, dates, details, etc. Review your confirmation details carefully. You are responsible for errors with most sites. Most sites require at LEAST 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival to cancel, some more. Reserve direct with Indian Hills Inn, Taos Plaza and save yourself the problems and both of us the higher costs. We always charge extra for additional Guests. We want to meet your needs in every way possible but when you reserve/book on some web sites, you limit both our options. What can we say, book direct at all your hotels on all your travels. You pay for what initially may seem like convenience. Is it really? Not!
5. To reserve, you may e-mail us the same data (we're working on a more automated form). Same rates as calling, just a few hours or a day or so slower. We'll get back to you ASAP, usually the same day. Thanks for your patience and business! Remember, rates are based upon the number of guests occupying the room, the dates of your visit, and room choices. The more you tell us, the more accurately we'll quote. If you are making a reservation or pre purchasing and are sending your credit card data, a reminder, our e-mail is not secure!

7. Ask about our extended stay specials. For 4 day and longer stays, our Pay 3 Stay 4 rates are the most reasonable you'll find! Availability may be limited to certain periods. That special is available only for published rates, no specials, no coupons, no other discounts. We'll also do weeklies much of the year for as little as $305 for 1 person in a standard room. Those specials are NOT available live anywhere on the net. You must call or email. For example, we can get a 7 day stay as low as $45 during the slow season. That's why Guests know us for our Value.
8. We even ofer monthly rates. Only direct, not via any online site. We are open to starving artists making us their home, folks moving to Taos, contractors, etc. You must email of call direct for the undisclosed specials!
