Peaceful, relaxing, quiet describes
our "Central Park." Nearly all rooms at Indian Hills Inn, Taos Plaza
face over an acre of grass, trees, and patio. That makes this one of the
most peaceful spots in the center of any town. Some Guests tell us nothing
beats sitting in front of a fire in the horno firepit enjoying their favorite
beverage.
Many of our guests enjoy a peaceful, serene morning, afternoon or evening
sitting under our "Grandma Willow" tree or the other 80+ foot tall evergreen
trees. Our outdoor pool is OPEN, May thru September, after extensive remodeling
, environmentally friendly solar heated and open from mid May through mid
September.
The central courtyard has a Guest Bar-B-Que and picnic tables. Ask about
holding your next military, school or family reunion, meeting, wedding,
aniversary party or other special event in our Central Park. Here's a photo

If you wish to order flowers for your room (or wedding or aniversary or
...) on that special relaxing, romantic Taos Experience, the
Enchanted Florist
is next door - they recently almost doubled their space - great gift
items too! Marge and her team will help make your Taos visit a positive one!

Heard of SOMOS? That is a local non profit organization
that works with the youth of Taos to encourage writing and story telling.
They host an annual storytelling event, most years in October. They also
have a great selection of used books (one means of their financial existence).

Traveling with fido? Pets stay in smoking rooms. Pets are walked at the
far Easterly edge of the Inn. Guests do not allow barking, aggressive, nuisance,
nor other behavior problem pets. Pets will be accompanied by owner while at
Inn. Pet charge is $15 to $25 per day. Unregistered pets are charged at least
$25 per day or damages as determined by us whichever is greater. Sure you
