This is the main preamp circuit board (bottom view 6"x1.25) All pots and switches are mounted off-board.

Above is the small board that holds the tube socket. It is attached to the main preamp board with solid core wire (18 gage or better). Below is closeup of the board mounting.

You can use any powersupply between 150 and 250 volts DC. If you have a hard time finding 250 k audio taper pots you can use 500k duals (available from Mouser or Antique Audio Supply and parallel the 2 sections.
